Shipping Policy
Crochetstart offers standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states of the United States, with a flat rate of $6 for orders under $59.99 and free shipping for orders over $60.
Additional Shipping Charges:
- An additional shipping fee of $10 applies to orders for Hawaii, Alaska, and remote areas within the United States.
Customs Duty:
- For orders within the domestic United States, you do not need to pay customs duty. We will cover all additional fees. For international orders, please contact us for the latest information on customs duties.
Order Processing and Shipping Time:
Due to our products being handcrafted, we maintain a small inventory to ensure most items are in stock.
We are working hard to ship your order as soon as possible! We currently require a shipping time of 7-14 business days ( including 48 hours of business day processing) for delivery within the 48 contiguous United States, with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 15 business days for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Which shipping company will my order be shipped through?
Your order will be shipped via DHL Express, TNT, UPS, or FedEx. You will be notified via message or email after shipment.
What do I do if the shipping package or product is damaged?
If you notice damage to the box upon arrival, please do not accept the items from the delivery person and request a Damage Assessment Report. If you open the box and find damage, please contact us immediately at support@crochetstart.com.
Missed package?
If you miss the delivery of your package, it will typically be returned to the local depot after a second attempt. Items not collected from the depot will be returned to Crochetstart, and we will refund the item, less the cost of return postage and an administration fee. We recommend that customers use an address (home or workplace) where they can be assured someone will be there to receive the item, as a signature is required.
Undelivered items?
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel to you. We have limited authority to influence undelivered items. The carrier will provide information on their procedures and any compensation claim process. If you contact us at support@crochetstart.com, we will do our best to assist you through this process!
